Our simple pricing is usage based and is billed monthly. There is no capital outlay for this product. Yearly fixed price options are also available.
Rec1 pricing includes:
- All product features including activity registration, facility reservation/rental, and more
- Front Desk and Online features
- Software and server hosting
- Software upgrades
- Data backups
- Customer support via email, online ticket tracking, and online chat from 9:00AM - 5:00PM Eastern
- Remote training via phone and video tutorial
- 20 hours of department specific customizations
- Merchant account integration*
Notes:
- High volume customers may be eligible for rates as low as 1%.
- A $50/month minimum fee applies.
- Fees include integration to your current merchant provider. Rec1 fees do not cover any transactional or monthly fees assessed by your credit card processor. Rec1 has a merchant account option if requested which would add 3% percent to the monthly fees. (5% total)
