Rec1 Registration provides all the tools your department or organization needs to accept activity registrations and facility reservations both in-house and online.
Our simple pricing is usage based and is billed monthly. There is no capital outlay for this product.
The price of the Rec1 software is 1% of net transactions. You will be billed after each month of use. And, we now have an option where we can collect your credit cards for you. (See Bottom of Page)
Rec1 pricing includes:
- All product features including activity registration, facility reservation/rental, and more
- Front Desk and Online features
- Software and server hosting
- Software upgrades
- Data backups
- Customer support via email, online ticket tracking, and online chat from 9:00AM - 5:00PM Eastern
- Remote training via phone and video tutorial
- 20 hours of department specific customizations
- Merchant account integration*
Notes:
- A $50/month minimum fee applies.
- Fees include integration to your current merchant provider. (See our note on how to use Rec1 as your hassle-free credit card processor!) Rec1 fees do not cover any transactional or monthly fees assessed by your credit card processor.

Rec1 now offers a credit card processing option if requested which would allow organizations to begin accepting credit cards today without the need for the painstaking process of getting a merchant account turned on.
We have competitive rates, but, more importantly, have no startup or monthly fees. Credit Cards are processed and departments are sent their money monthly less our fees calculated on a very simple percentage basis.
