Tired of those services that are impossible to tell what you'll end up paying? Our service is available for a flat annual subscription fee. Or, for smaller organizations we now offer a pricing plan that is based as a percentage of revenue. So, if you don't generate the number of transaction that larger departments do, you will benefit by just paying a very small percentage of program and facility rental revenue.
Support
Rec1.com prides itself on the relationship we maintain with customers after the initial signup. We understand that customers want to easily reach Rec1 staff in order to request software customizations and updates. Rec1 makes that easy through a number of methods. Beyond traditional contact methods like phone and email, Rec1 also provides an online chat facility and a ticket tracking system.
The online chat facility can be found on the Support page, and clicking it will get you connected to a live support person. You can report issues, request changes, or simply ask for help.
If you prefer opening a support ticket, the facility to do that is also on the Support page. This function will allow you to report bugs or request customizations. It will create a log of all contacts so that you can track the status of your change request.
Department Registration
The first step in registering with Rec1.com is to create a new user account. When you are ready, please complete the NEW USER REGISTRATION FORM. Don't worry. There is no cost associated with this. You can then create your department account at no charge. Only after 30 days will you begin receiving a notice that your Trial period is nearing an end. |
